These are 100% brand new, fully functional Toolcraft NiB BCGs with a minor cosmetic blemish.  The blemish does not effect function or performance whatsoever, and the BCG is still covered by Toolcraft’s lifetime warranty.  Blemishes vary by type and location but may be a blemish in the carrier itself or may be a minor cosmetic blemish in the finish.
